Medals to ‘W. Osborne’ in damaged named card box of issue and with registered envelope addressed to ‘Mr W. Osborne, 54 Corn Exchange Buildings, Manchester’.

Captain William Godfrey Osborne, 1st Northamptonshire Yeomanry, Royal Armoured Corps, died on 5 February 1946, aged 22 years. He was buried in Hanover. He was the son of William and Mary Mabel Osborne, of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire.
