Henry Charles Abbott lived in Clapton and enlisted at Bow. As a Riflemen in the 17th Battalion (Poplar and Stepney) London Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders on 29 May 1915.

John Frederick Abbott was born in Bermondsey and enlisted at London. Serving in the R.F.A. he died in France/Flanders on 21 November 1918.
