Five Shillings or Six Francs, 1 September 1914, an uncut pair of uniface black and white proofs on light card, pencilled ‘10th Oct. 1914’ at centre, three small punch-holes in each proof (McCammon GN 21, this pair illustrated; Pick 5) [2]. Horizontal crease across bottom proof, nicks and a 10mm tear in right edge, otherwise good very fine to extremely fine, rare £900-1,200
