Dominica, ——— Three Bitts (valued at Three Shillings and Threepence), a cut half of a circular centre segment from an unidentified host coin, one side countermarked with a crowned 3 raised within a shaped indent, straight cut edge roughly crenated, rough graining on the curved edge, 4.49g/69.3gr (cf. Prid 29 [Sale, lot 309, this coin]; cf. KM. 4). Coin heavily worn, countermark better, in all probability a contemporary forgery, rare £100-150
