The order of the issues (and the consequent illustrations) as shown in Krause-Mishler, p.151, is confusing and incorrect. The correct order should be Type I (KM. 4-7), Type II (KM. 13, 15, 17, 19), Type III (KM. 14, 16, 18, 20) and Type IV (KM. 8-10); Type V has been omitted
