Sergeant B. A. Graffione, Gibraltar Regiment Volunteer Reserve, was awarded the Efficiency Medal, published in the Gibraltar Gazette of 7 January 1982. Continuing to serve, as a Colour Sergeant he was awarded the 1st clasp (Gibraltar Gazette, 1 February 1996); 2nd clasp (Gibraltar Gazette, 11 December 1997), and 3rd clasp (Gibraltar Gazette, 14 October 1999).
