Bertram Albert Robinson was born in and enlisted at Birmingham. As a Gunner in the R.G.A. he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 2 October 1915. Whilst serving with the 32nd Siege Battery, R.G.A. he was awarded the M.M. for bravery. He was killed in action on 11 May 1917 and was buried in the Feuchy British Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France.
