2nd Lieutenant Eric Priestley Kaye, 7th Battalion West Riding Regiment, was killed in action on 3 May 1917, aged 22 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Arras Memorial. He was the son of Joseph James and Ellen Kaye of 2 Manor House Street, Peterborough.
William Goater was born in Camberwell, Surrey and enlisted at Battersea. Serving initially in the K.R.R.C., he died of wounds on 29 November 1916 when serving with the 147th Company, Machine Gun Corps. He was buried in the Warlincourt Halte British Cemetery.
