The Royal Scots (the Royal Regiment), a very fine officer’s shoulder belt plate post 1881 by Jennens Co., rectangular gilt back plate with silver overlays, a diamond and hobnailed cut Thistle star with raised gilt motto centre, this on a ground of green enamel, at the base a scroll ‘The Royal Scots’, usual hook and stud fasteners, very good condition £250-350
