FRANCE, Journalisme, 1939, an Art Déco bronze award medal by R. Cochet, Journalism symbolized by a woman draped in the antique style, seated on morasses, leaning on a globe, holding a long goose feather in her left hand and in her right hand a mirror from which rays carrying different topics are reflected, rev. printing press in the centre, framed by two posts linked together by telephone lines, tablet below with oak wreaths around, un-named, edge impressed bronze and cornucopia, 59mm, 108.13g (CGMP p.94).
