FRANCE/ENGLAND, Offensive Britannique, 1917 [struck 1921], a bronze medal by S.-E. Vernier, helmeted British soldier advancing right, rifle at the ready, rev. lion crouching to right, roaring with the din of cannons and tanks in the background, observation balloon and two biplanes above, edge impressed bronze and cornucopia, 68mm, 135.32g (CGMP p.387; cf. iNumis MBS 51, 1059; cf.
