British Iron Age, DUROTRIGES, Uninscribed issues, silver Stater, Cranborne Chase type, disjointed head of Apollo comprising wreath, cloak and crescents, rev. disjointed horse left, rectangular head, body of crescents, four vertical legs, trace of three horizontal lines for tail, coffee bean above tail, large pellet below, twelve pellets above, 5.30g/7h (ABC 2157; BMC 2525-46, 2691-727; VA 1235-1; S 365). Some minute spots of verdigris, otherwise about extremely fine £300-£400
