Tanya is the owner of Eugene G. Ursual, Military Antiquarian Inc., Canada's leading military experts. The company was founded in 1977 and Tanya joined the firm in 1990.

Tanya quickly brought the successful medal business online and created one of the internet's first military websites at www.medalsofwar.com. With over 30 years of experience, Tanya is a successful medal specialist. She has consigned numerous important collections to Noonans, including several Victoria Crosses. Following Eugene’s death in 2008, Tanya took over business operations.
