Margate Bank, Isle of Thanet, sight notes for various amounts (4) dated between 1796 and 1799, two of which have double duty stamps (not enough duty haivng been paid the first time due to a change in the law, and the notes having been returned for a ‘top up’), which is extremely scarce, god fine to very fine, scarce (4 notes)
