Roman Provincial Coinage, EGYPT, Alexandria, Nero, Tetradrachm, yr 13 [66-7], radiate bust left wearing ægis, lιγ in field, rev. cargo galley under sail right, helmsman at rear, two dolphins swimming below, 13.02g (RPC 5296; Milne 273ff; SNG France 514ff). Minor porosity in obverse field, otherwise very fine and toned, the reverse well-centred with a charming maritime scene
