Herbert Cyril Swanley Booth (1877-1960), b St Albans; employed by Albert Pollard, pharmacist, 3 The parade, Margate, 1901; from 1903 to 1939 he worked in HM’s naval medical establishments, firstly in Plymouth, then Chatham, Portland, back to Plymouth and finally in the Royal Hospital in Valletta, Malta. In later life he lived at Tollerton, Nottinghamshire
