Edward III (1327-1377), Post-Treaty period, Groat, London, mm. cross pattée, row of pellets across breast (chain-mail), small pellet above central lis of crown, double saltire stops, saltire before civi and lon, 4.56g/7h (LAL 28; N 1286; S 1638). Nearly very fine, but obverse struck from a rusty die £400-500
