Gunner Peter C. Moodie, 7 Field Regiment, South African Artillery, died/was killed on 23 January 1942, aged 24 years. He was buried in the Benghazi War Cemetery. He was the son of Walter A. and Maria A. Moodie, of Fraserburg, Cape Province.
