Defence of Tsingtau, 1914, German medal by Hörnlein in silver, nude standing figure holding German naval flag and sword, reverse deutscher helden unsterblicher ruhm tsingtau 1914 within oak wreath, matt finish, 33mm. Extremely fine but somewhat soft and beginning to discolour (£50-60)
