Von Hindenburg, East Prussian Campaign, 1914, a very large bronze portrait medal in high relief, by Loewental for Ball, Berlin, bust threequarters left, reverse armoured knight, head bare, standing facing left, wielding broad sword, tannenberg to left, ortelsburg to left, 1914 below, der russenswinger ostpreussens befreier around, 104mm. About extremely fine, some spots of discolouration, a cast medal with fields tooled presumably at the workshop (£80-100)
