Dieudonné Costes and Joseph le Brix completed a world tour between October 1927 and April 1928 in the Breguét biplane Nungesser-Coli, fitted with a 600hp Hispano-Suiza engine. Their engineer, Mr Veron, designed and tuned the Hispano-Suiza engine especially for long-distance flying reliability.
