Leon-Claude Mascaux (born in 1882) pupil of Bouchard and Landowski, participated in the exhibition “Douze Médailleurs” organised by Aréthuse, but was totally ignored by the French Mint until the exhibition “Trente Années de la Médaille Francaise” Paris, May/June 1947.
