A.Guilloux (see BDM VII, 406) issued a plaquette of the Chamber of Commerce of Rouen in 1904. Little more is known. Rollon, Norwegian pirate chief, established himself in Rouen around 890 and by the Treaty of St Clair sur Epte with Charles le Simple, became the first Duke of Normandy in 911.
