Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Cross-Pellet issue, London, mm. cross V on obv. only, saltire on neck, pellets by crown, small mullet after henric and adivtore, extra pellet below civi and lon, 1.81g/8h (DIG 1ii/2ii; Whitton 39c, this coin; N 1519; S 1938). Surfaces a little rough in places, otherwise very fine and toned, excessively rare; the only specimen available to commerce £800-1,000

The vendor lists four known examples of this coin, the other three being in the collections of the Ashmolean, British and Hunterian Museums
