I.D.S.M. ADN 1357 of 17.08.1917, awarded for South East Persia.

Ralla Singh joined the Indian Army in 1888 and was commissioned Jemadar in 1903, and Subadar in 1910. He served in the expeditions in Hazara 1891, Miranzai, Waziristan 1894-5 (Medal with 3 clasps); Tibet 1903-4 (medal); North West Frontier 1908, operations in Mohmund territory and engagement at Kargha 24 May 1908 (medal with clasp). He was awarded the Order of British India, 2nd class, in June 1918.
