M.S.M. London Gazette 13 March 1918. ‘... in recognition of valuable services rendered with the Armies in the Field during the present war’.

Warrant Officer Herbert Oswald Rogers, 1st South Lancashire Regiment, attached Supply and Transport Corps, was entitled to the British War and Victory Medals. His M.S.M. was in respect of service in East Africa. The recipeint came from Bedford. Sold with copied research.
