M.I.D. London Gazette 8 July 1919. Company Sergeant Major Albert Betts entered the war in the Balkans on 5 May 1915, probably attached to the 12th Battalion who were the only battalion to fight in this theatre. He was awarded the T.F.E.M. in 1912, and was discharged on 6 March 1919.
