Mr. Neville Jonas Laski, Q.C., was born on 18 December 1890, and died on 24 March 1969, aged 78 years. He served with the 6th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers, in Gallipoli, Sinai and France, retiring with the rank of Captain. He took up the legal profession and retired in 1963 as judge of the Liverpool Crown Court and Recorder of Liverpool, and gave a lifetime of service to the Anglo-Jewish community.
