Murdan Ali Khan joined on 1 December 1857; Jemadar, 1 December 1857; Ressaidar, 6 April 1860; Rissaldar, 1 May 1883, and later became Rissaldar-Major, 12th Bengal Cavalry; O.B.I. 1st Class, 15 December 1889.
