Crimea 1854-56, 1 clasp, Sebastopol (T. H. Mortimer, Armourer) officially impressed naming; New Zealand 1845-66, reverse dated 1863 to 1864 (T. H. Mortimer, Armr., H.M.S. Esk); Royal Navy L.S. & G.C., V.R., wide suspension (Ts. H. Mortimer, Armourr. H.M.S. Excellent 21 Yrs); Turkish Crimea, British issue, unnamed, edge bruising and contact marks to the first, nearly very fine, otherwise very fine or better (4) £1200-1400

Thomas H. Mortimer served as Armourer aboard the
Rodney in the Crimea, and aboard the Esk in New Zealand. He received his L.S. & G.C. Medal on 9 June 1873, whilst serving as Armourer on board H.M.S. Excellent.
