Hayes March 1997 (not listed by Edge), but the late owner suggested it might be Newton Abbot, Devon; Samuel Twist, 1851-3, manufacturer of billiard and bagatelle tables; The Glow-Worm, a monthly journal devoted to spiritualism, edited and published by N.S. Naylor in Melbourne, fl. 1865-89).
