18th Century, Middlesex, Skidmore’s Clerkenwell series, Penny, Smallpox Hospital, St Pancras, 23.78g/6h (DH 161). Coin has jumped in the press and displays signs of double-striking, otherwise extremely fine with much original colour (£80-100)
