Victoria (1837-1901), 1895, by G.W. de Saulles [obv. after T. Brock], coronetted and veiled bust left, victoria · dei · gra · britt · regina · fid · def · ind · imp around, tb below, rev. Britannia seated left, one penny around, beaded inner circle, ornament at top, date in exergue, edge plain, 9.31g/12h (F 777 [Sale, lot 249]; BMC 2066; Gouby obv. V; Adams –; Norweb 654). Tiny spot by reverse ornament, otherwise virtually as struck, toned, of the highest rarity, very few specimens known (£1,200-1,500)
