Printed by Rowe, Kentish & Co. The business was sold by Clement Molyneux Royds, grandson of Clement Royds (†1854), who acquired the bank in 1827, to the Manchester & Salford Bank in 1881 for £43,000; subsequently it became Williams Deacons bank Ltd and later part of Royal Bank of Scotland
