St. Vincent, Grenada-St. Vincent, Authority on Grenada July 1798, Sixty-Six Shillings, PORTUGAL, Joseph I, counterfeit 6,400 Réis, 1767, Rio, obv. countermarked with script jr raised within an oval indent on a central plug and incuse g thrice spaced around the circumference, later countermarked with gh raised within a rectangular indent on another plug (offset from centre) and incuse s thrice spaced around the circumference, one further small plug without a countermark, 11.58g/178.7gr/7.44 dwt (cf. Gordon 7 and 12). Coin about fine, countermarks fine to very fine, extremely rare
