Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Trefoil issue, Class A, Groat, London, mm. cross IIIb, small leaf on breast, trefoils by neck and after rex, don and mevm, reads fran, sivitas and adivtor, 3.78g/6h (Whitton –; N 1496; S 1908). Better than very fine, old dark cabinet toned; very rare with the error legend

Within the reverse inner legend the first S and the V in SIVITAS have been double entered, along with the second N in LONDON
