Roman Imperial Coinage, Theodosius I (379-395), Siliqua, Trier, 388-92, d n theodo-sivs p f avg, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. virtvs ro-manorvm, Roma seated left on cuirass, holding reversed spear and Victoriola on globe, tr p s in exergue, 1.71g/6h (Ghey 69a, this coin; Hoxne 589; RIC IX p.31, 94(b); RSC 57+a). Perhaps lightly clipped, hairline crack at 11 o’clock, otherwise good very fine £70–£90
