Thomas Cave & Son, a high quality advertising note, ND (c.1825), titled ‘To Bankers, Merchants etc’, promising to ‘Engrave & Print on demand Checks, Bills or Notes for the Merchants & Bankers in the Country or in London from the sum of One Pound to One Thousand’, with the address No.7 Spring Gardens, Manchester, and signed Thomas Cave & Son, some damage to right margin, fine, but a high quality engraving, even if the vignette at centre is a little rudimentary in design
