S.W.Fores No. 25, for Vantaxwell, Lord Pat & Co., 20 Maravedis, 29 February 1818, promising to pay ‘Messrs Longface, Widemouth & Dumps, or Bearer, when the Golden Dreams of the Outs shall have been realized, and when the most dearly beloved Loaves and Fishes shall have been placed within their grasp’, signed Solomon Snugbirth and Sinecure Rosey, with a vignette showing a three fishes and six loaves, and the caption ‘Good Mr. V, crown all my wishes, Do let me taste the loaves & fishes, I do entreat you! - let me in, I’ll gnaw a crust, or suck a fin’, extremely fine £100-£150

A political skit note, the original of which was produced up to a decade earlier. Mr V. refers to Nicholas Vansittart, who was Chancellor of the Exchequer. The exact meaning is unclear, but almost certainly discoverable with sufficient research.
