This man is named on a separate roll, signed by Lieutenant-Colonel H. V. Grant, 7th Dragoon Guards, late commanding 2nd Mounted Infantry.

Hugh O’Hare was born at Bambridge, Co. Down, and joined the 2nd Royal Irish Regiment, from the South Down Militia, on 30 July 1879, aged 22. He served in Egypt from September 1882 to February 1883, and from January to September 1885. He was discharged on 23 September 1885. Sold with copy discharge papers.
