Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Shilling, Gp E, type 3a, mm. crown (over bell on rev.), reads hi, large shield, 5.99g/1h (Sharp E2/1; cf. SCBI Brooker 494; N 2225; S 2791). Scored on jaw and centres a little weak, otherwise very fine, a full round coin £100-£120
