Three: Private M. Coady, Welsh Regiment

Michael Coady was born in Ballybricken, Ireland and enlisted at Brecon, Breconshire. He served initially as Private 12438 in the South Wales Borderers. As a Private in the 1st Battalion Welsh Regiment he entered the France/Flandres theatre of war on 5 May 1915. He was killed in action on 2 October 1915, aged 24 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Loos Memorial. He was the son of Stephen and Hannah Coady of 29 Newports Lane, Waterford. Sold with copied research.
