Styles, R.E.); 2 clasps, Transvaal, Laing’s Nek (306 Dvr. J. Claridge, R.E.) the first extremely fine, the second with remains of solder to reverse of clasp carriage, otherwise very fine and better (3) £120-140

Corporal Chadwick served in South Africa with the 10th Railway Company and died of disease at Bloemfontein on 10 May 1900.

Driver Styles served in South Africa with the 45th Fortress Company and died from enteric fever at Frere Camp on 19 February 1900.

Driver Claridge served in South Africa with the 37th Field Company; Also entitled to K.S.A.
