‘The King’s Shield’, for miniature rifle shooting 1933, silver, hallmarked Birmingham 1933, inscribed ‘J. Arnold’, the reverse fitted with two loops, nearly extremely fine £60-80

The King’s Shield for miniature rifle shooting was open to cadets of the British National Cadet Association, and was shot for concurrently with and under the conditions of “The King’s Trophy” and “Imperial Challenge Shield Competitions.” In addition to the Shield, eight silver medals were also presented to the individual cadets of the winning team.
