Crimea 1854-56, 1 clasp, Sebastopol (Captn. Raymond Inglis, 18th Regt. 1854-55), engraved naming; Turkish Crimea 1855, British issue, unnamed, pierced with ring suspension, slight edge bruising, good very fine (2) £260-300

Raymond Inglis was commissioned Ensign on 22 November 1843. Promoted to Captain in March 1850, he served with the 18th Royal Irish Regiment in the Crimea during 1854-55, including the siege and fall of Sebastopol and the assault and capture of the Cemetery on 18 June. For his services in the campaign he was awarded the brevet of Major. He was placed on Half Pay on 19 September 1856.
