James Harvey is confirmed on K. J. Asplin’s Indian Mutiny Medal Roll as being entitled to the clasps for “Relief of Lucknow” and “Lucknow”. One of approximately 170 men from H.M.S. Shannon to qualify for these two clasps, his Medal was sent to him on 9 November 1862.
