Published medal roll confirms clasps and also states, ‘Possibly I Tp. Waterloo. A medal roll (extract with lot) records that he was with Captain [Robert] Bull’s troop. On the roll he makes a claim for the above clasps plus that for ‘Pyrenees’. In the comments section of the roll it states, ‘Statement correct except Pyrenees - he is also entitled to Nivelle’.
