Memorial Plaque 1914-18 (4) (Thomas Kelly; Robert Stanley King; Walter Reginald Francis Morris; George Thompson) very fine and better (4) £100-140

Robert Stanley King was born and lived in Bootle and enlisted at Liverpool. He died on 22 October 1918 whilst serving with the 694th Motor Transport Company A.S.C. in India. He was buried in Peshawar and his name commemorated on the Delhi Memorial.

Walter Reginald Francis Morris was born, lived and enlisted at Liverpool. Serving as Private 3802 with the 1st/5th Battalion Liverpool Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 8 August 1916, aged 21 years. The son of William Henry James Morris of 57 Ling Street, Holt Road, Liverpool. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.
