Charles I (1625-1649), Unite, mm., thistle-head on obv. only, signed b after legend on obv., 9.92g/6h (Murray 1; SCBI 35, 1392-6, same dies; B 3 and fig. 1032, same dies; S 5531). Light scratches in front of face and has been cleaned at some time, otherwise about extremely fine (£2,000-2,500)
