Charles I (1625-1649), Sixpence, Gp E, mm. anchor (flukes to right), bust with double arched crown, 2.99g/3h (SCBI Brooker 633, this coin; N 2244; S 2814). A few minor die and flan flaws, otherwise good very fine, attractively toned and a piece of fine work, very rare (£1,200-1,500)
